Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor from America. She is most famous for her role as Skyler in the AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress in Drama Series 2013 and 2014. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock as well in The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. The actress fell in love with acting in the Preparatory school, prior to moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. She attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre at Northwestern University. Anna began her career in Chicago, working in theatre roles for many years. Then she moved to Hollywood, where she began her acting career in TV shows and films. In 1992 Anna landed her first big part as Arden in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. In addition, she appeared in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it was only in the latter part of 1990 when she was cast in a role in The Practice. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons during the 2000s. Skyler was the character she played in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her roles. Gunn was also on the stage starring in the David Schwimmer directed production Sex With Strangers. The actress, in 2022, also starred in a four-part audio play podcast called"Numbered Days. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's relationship with Skyler. Walter White's personal story and the strain on his relationship with Skyler can be seen in the television show.
